I attended the American Institute of Massage, Richmond, VA, and graduated in May, 2003.  After passing my Board Certification exam, I began working in the spa industry in Petersburg, VA.  In the years since, my education has grown in the fields of Deep Tissue Massage, Fibromyalgia, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Thai Bodywork, Infant Massage, Fertility Massage, and Kinesio-Taping, among others.  I hold the highest certifications in the massage industry and strive to provide the safest, most advanced and ethical care.

The month of July, 2012, was a time of study and reflection; I was part of a residential Yoga Teacher Training at the Satchidananda Ashram, Buckingham County, VA.  Adding the title Registered Yoga Instructor has deepened my massage practice by giving me a bounty of stretches to recommend and a more humble, compassionate approach.

An amazing man, a love of cooking, and a desire for adventure, travel, and live music keep me occupied outside of work.
